Dr. Toma’s career is marked by excellence, including graduating Summa Cum Laude from Oakland University and earning high scores on emergency medicine board examinations. Her leadership roles at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital and recognition for academic and clinical achievements highlight her dedication to both her profession and her patients.

Beyond Medicine

Born in Stoke-on-Trent, England, and raised in Metro Detroit, Dr. Toma proudly embraces her Chaldean American heritage. She is a devoted mother of three active kids and a Labrador retriever and enjoys yoga, rowing, biking, travel, history, music, and dancing. An advocate for her community, she actively supports the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries, a Christian faith-based non-profit organization. As a passionate Detroit sports fan, she loves cheering on her hometown teams.
